Non-Returnable Items (Deus Parts Product Only)
Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Installed Parts: Any part that has been installed or shows signs of attempted installation.
Electrical Components: All electrical parts, including but not limited to speedometers, wiring harnesses, bulbs, and ignition components.
Helmets: NSW law prohibits the return of safety equipment. This means we cannot accept any helmet returns even if they are unused. Please choose carefully before making the purchase of any helmets.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our Parts team immediately.
Faulty Items: We will ask for a photo and a detailed description of the fault. If the product is deemed faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a replacement, a refund, or a partial refund to cover the cost of repair.
Incorrect Items: If we sent you the wrong part, we will provide a return label to cover the shipping cost and will send the correct item once the incorrect one has been received and inspected.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (Deus Parts Product Only)
Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) via StarTrack.
Estimated Delivery: 2-5 business days to most metropolitan areas.
Remote Areas: Delivery to remote or regional areas may take longer (up to 10 business days).
Domestic shipping: Costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Our set rates are as follows:
0.01kg – 1kg: $14.95
1.1kg – 3kg: $19.95
3.1kg – 5kg: $27.95
5.1kg – 7kg: $35.00

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Didn't Receive Your Package?
If your tracking information shows a significant delay or indicates the package is lost, please contact us. We will assist you in lodging an investigation with StarTrack to locate your order.
General Return Conditions (Deus Parts Product Only)
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. All parts must be returned in the exact condition they were sent:
Unused and Uninstalled: Parts must show no signs of use, wear, or installation. This includes any cosmetic damage like scratches, scuffs, or dents.
Original Packaging: The original packaging must be in its original, undamaged condition. Do not use the part's original packaging as the shipping box. Place it inside a separate, protective shipping container.
Original Contents: All original tags, manuals, literature, and accessories must be included.
Proof of Purchase: You must include a copy of the original invoice or a note with your order number, name, and email. Without this information, we may not be able to process your return.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item for "change of mind" or incorrect part orders. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as Deus Ex Machina is not liable for lost or damaged return parcels.

- Frame and Swing Arm: Both feature a raw, nude texture achieved through a sandblasting finish.
- Handlebars: BMX-style handlebars include a Deus bar pad wrapped in a grippy vinyl that matches the seat material.
- Wheel Lining: The inner wheel lining is dressed with the material from the Deus Zanzibar Windstopper waterproof jacket, with the colour chosen to match each respective bike.
- Branding: Both bikes feature a few laser-engraved signature branded details.
