Shipping & Delivery

1. Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to Australia and NZ only. For more international shipping please see our global stockist page.

2. Delivery Time

Please allow 2 business days for orders to be processed from our warehouse. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as a link to track your order.

We deliver domestically using Australia Post from NSW. Please allow 2-5 business days from dispatch for metro areas. For regional areas, please allow for a delivery timeframe of anywhere between 3-10 days. 

We use DHL Express to ship to New Zealand. A freight quote is given at checkout after entering your address and is calculated automatically by DHL depending on the location and weight of your parcel. Shipping to NZ takes 2-7 business days.

3. Can I change my shipping address?

All requests for updates or adjustments to shipping addresses must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note, if your order can not be delivered to you due to an inaccurate shipping address, we are not liable for any lost or stolen parcels.

4. Does Deus ship to PO boxes?

Yes, we do ship orders to PO boxes.

5. I have only received a portion of my order, when is the rest scheduled to arrive?

When only part of your order is available we will ship the items that are in stock and cancel the out of stock items. In this instance, an email confirmation will be sent and a refund will be issued to the original form of payment for the items that are unavailable.

6. How much is shipping?

Orders under $120 are a flat rate charge of $10 Australia-wide. Orders over $120 are free. Express shipping within Australia is $14.

Shipping to NZ is via DHL and is based on weight at checkout

7. Do I have to pay customs and duties if shipping to NZ?

Yes, you may be required to pay customs and duties on orders over certain thresholds. Any associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and Deus Ex Machina cannot be held responsible for any additional charges, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case.
