Competition: DEUS-EMBER (“Competition”).

1. Eligibility

• Entry is open only to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
  
  
• Employees of the Promoter, its agencies, and their immediate families are ineligible.
  
  
• Residents of Tasmania, Northern Territory, and Western Australia are excluded due to state regulatory restrictions.
  
  

2. Competition Period

• The Competition commences at 12:00AM AEDT 7/12/25 and closes at 11:59PM AEDT 14/12/25.
  
  
• Entries submitted after the closing time will not be accepted.
  
  

3. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must complete the official sign-up form either:

2. In-store at any participating Deus Ex Machina store during the Competition Period.
   
   

• Limit: 1 entry per person, regardless of online or in-store entries.
  
  
• Entries must be accurate and complete; incomplete or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
  
  

4. Prizes

• Prize 1 – Records Pack – $1,000 value
  
  
• Prize 2 – Surf/Travel Pack – $1,000 value
  
  
• Prize 3 – Moto Pack – $1,000 value
  
  
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  
  
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.
  
  
• Winners are responsible for any additional costs associated with claiming or using the prize.
  
  

5. Winner Selection

• Winners will be determined by a random draw conducted by the Promoter on 15/12/25 at 12:00PM AEDT.
  
  
• The draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  
  
• If a winner is ineligible or cannot be contacted within 3 days (72 hours), the Promoter may conduct a re-draw.
  
  

6. Winner Notification

• Winners will be notified via email within 1 day of the draw.
  
  
• Winners’ names may be published on the Promoter’s Instagram Story (@deusexmachina.au) for a minimum of 24 hours, as required by law.
  
  

7. Claiming Prizes

• Winners must provide proof of identity and eligibility.
  
  
• Prizes must be claimed by 18/12/25.
  
  
• If a prize is unclaimed by the deadline, the Promoter may conduct a re-draw.
  
  

8. General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or breach these Terms & Conditions.
  
  
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries.
  
  
• The Promoter may modify, suspend, or cancel the Competition due to unforeseen circumstances.
  
  
• Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  
  

9. Privacy

• Personal information collected will be used for the purposes of conducting the Competition and, if consent is given, for marketing purposes.

• By entering, participants consent to their personal information being used as outlined.
  
  

10. Social Media Disclaimer

• This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
  
  
• Entrants release Instagram from any liability related to the Competition.
  
  

11. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia.
  
  
• All decisions by the Promoter are final.
