1. Do you offer returns?

We hope you love everything you order from us, but if something isn't quite right you have 28 days from the day you receive your parcel to return the item to us. We just ask you to return the garments in the condition they were sent to you:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • No odours or marks
  • Original tags attached
  • In its original packaging 

If an item does not satisfy the above requirements it will be returned to you. 

2. What can I return?

Full-priced items can be returned for an online credit (valid for 3 years), or a full refund excluding shipping costs. 

Sale, discounted & promotional items: Are eligible for return in the form of store credit only, excluding products deemed as "Final Sale".

Final Sale: Product marked down by 50% or more cannot be returned for exchange or refund.

3. What can I not return?

Helmets: Due to safety reasons, all helmets are strictly nonrefundable. We recommend visiting our local store to correctly measure your helmet size. 

In-store purchases: Our retail stores are on different accounting systems and we are unable to return any orders placed in-store online.

Online Purchases: Our online store is on a different accounting system to our retail stores, therefore we are unable to return any orders placed online via in-store.

4. What is your return process?

Instant refunds with Refundid available!

  • Enter your order number and email address
  • Follow instructions and select items you wish to return
  • Once your request is approved you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
  • Please note that the cost of return shipping is $12, which will be deducted from the returnable amount once the goods have been received and processed by our staff.

Once we receive your return

  • Please monitor your return delivery as we are not liable for any parcels that do not arrive. 
  • Returns are processed within 5 business days of your return being received and are made in the form of original payment, exchange, or online credit depending on the case.
  • If you are receiving an online credit, this credit will be made available to you in the form of a gift card. Please note that store credit cannot be refunded at a later date nor can it be used in-store. 
  • You will receive an email update from Deus Ex Machina as soon as your refund has been initiated.

How do I use Refundid?

  • Claim your instant refund by progressing through our returns process and selecting Instant Refund with Refundid when selecting your return resolution.

What do I do after receiving my refund from Refundid?

  • After using Refundid your refund process is complete. If you have not shipped back your items, you must do so by sending them to the address specified in the Deus returns policy.

Where do I receive my Refund

  • When signing up to Refundid you’re prompted to provide your BSB and Account Number. Refundid pays you instantly into this account.

Is there a limit to how much I can refund on a single return?

  • Yes, refund limits apply to returns lodged through Refundid. Visit Refundid's FAQs to learn more.

What products can I not receive a refund on?

  • Refundid is not available for any non-refundable items. Be sure to read our returns policy to see which items fall within this criterion.
  • Refundid is also not available for any orders made using a gift card.

When can I expect to get my refund?

  • When using Refundid, refunds are paid out instantly meaning they are received in your bank account within 60 seconds of the return being lodged through Refundid.

Are purchases made with Afterpay, Zip Pay and Humm eligible with Refundid?

  • When an item is purchased with Afterpay, or any other buy now pay later service, you are still eligible to receive a refund from Refundid by following the Refundid process.
  • Please note that the refund will not resolve any outstanding Buy Now Pay Later payments, so you will be required to pay any remaining instalments to you Buy Now Pay Later provide. For further information, click here
