Shipping policy

Australia Orders

All orders are processed from our Sydney warehouse within 1–2 business days. We utilise Australia Post for all domestic deliveries. Following dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link and an estimated delivery date.

Shipping Rates
- Orders under $100: A flat rate of $10 applies Australia-wide.
- Orders over $100: Standard shipping is free of charge.

Estimated Delivery Times
- Metro Areas: 2–5 business days from dispatch.
- Regional Areas: 3–8 business days from dispatch.

 

International Orders
(New Zealand Only)
We use Australia Post International to ship to New Zealand. Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, and a freight quote will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and parcel weight.

Please note that you may be required to pay customs and duties once the parcel reaches New Zealand. These charges are determined by the destination country and must be paid by the recipient. Deus Ex Machina has no control over these fees and cannot be held responsible for them, nor can we accept returns resulting from these additional costs.

 

 

Updating Your Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at hello@descustoms.com.au within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to assist you. Please note: If an order is delivered to an incorrect address provided by you, Deus Ex Machina is not liable for any lost or stolen parcels. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct shipping details are provided at checkout.
